Dalian is a beautiful city in the south of the district Liaoning. It is a very popular destination among Chinese tourists. Its mild climate and multiple beaches make it an especially nice place to visit during the summer.

It is one of the three Best Tourism Cities (2006), along with Hangzhou and Chengdu, recognized by the National Tourism Administration.

Attractions
Some of the most famous beaches are Tiger beach, Xinghai beach, Jinshitan beach and Fujiazhuang beach.

In Dalian and the vicinity of the city are Zhongshan Square and Friendship Square. Lao Hu Tan is a amazing place of natural scenery. There is Seabed World, Bird Woods and the Polar Region Zoo.

Other attractions include the Daheishan Mountain, the Jinshitan Sightseeing Area, Lüshun Museum and Lüshun Railroad Station.

The Anbo Hotspring and Ski Course, in Pulandian City, and the Binyugou Scenic Area and Buyun Mountain Hotspring, in Zhuanhe City, and many other places are woth to visit.

Dalian in Liaoning Province
